電池を充電する充電器電源を入力スイツチの前か
らとるとともに、蓄電池を電源としたインバータ
による電力供給を、蓄電池電圧が放電終止電圧以
下であれば停止し、放電終止電圧以上であつても
入力スイツチがＯＦＦでありかつ常用電源の電圧
低下もしくは停電時には停止するようにしてなる
