Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the cost of an acceleration detecting apparatus, by mounting an acceleration detector on an electric circuit board, which constitutes a control circuit, as a unitary body, and directly connecting the electric circuit board and the signal output terminals of the acceleration detector. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration detector 12 is assembled in a case 11 of an acceleration detecting apparatus 10. Connecting pins P, which output acceleration signals, are protruded from the bottom surface of the case 11. The pins P are inserted into holes 5a, which are provided in an electric circuit board 5, and soldered 5b to the printed wiring pattern of the rear surface of the board 5. The board 5 and the apparatus 10 are fixed with bosses B for attaching the board on both sides of the case 11 by using bolts 15 and nuts 16. Therefore, connecting cables, connectors and the like are not required, and parts being used are made few in number. Thus the cost of the acceleration detecting apparatus can be decreased.
