Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain high fire resistance and dimensional stability for outer heat insulation, by forming an outer decorative material of a glass fiber reinforced cement plate, forming a heat insulating material of a phenol resin foam, adhering the outer decorative material and the heat insulating material, and forming a hollow space between them. CONSTITUTION:A decorative material 11 is formed of a glass fiber reinforced cement plate, which is prepared by reinforcing a light weight foamed mortar made of cement as the base with an alkali resistant glass fiber. A heat insulat ing material 12 is formed of a phenol resin foam. This phenol resin has the most excellent fire resistance among plastic foams, high heat resistance and excellent dimensional stability. A plurality of grooves 17, 17... whose cross- sections have U-shape are located in parallel on the rear face of the outer decorative material 11 and are respectively opened on the end face of the outer decorative material 11. As the heat insulating material 12 is thereon adhered, the insides of the grooves 17, 17... become hollow parts 13, 13....
