Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable molding of a concrete pipe of high density automatically in a short period and to make strength of a socket part high, by a method wherein a double concrete form work is mounted on a rotary table in a longitudinal posture so that a socket side is facing down, ready-mixed concrete is charged within the annular space of the double concrete form work by a charging device, pressed in by a pressing-in device and the double concrete form work is turned at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A double concrete form work 1 is mounted on a rotary table 22 in a longitudinal posture so that a socket side is facing down and an upper part guide 30A, lower part guide 30B and top guide 30C are set up at the concrete form work holding positions respectively. Simultaneously with supply of ready-mix concrete Y by a charging device 4 of the concrete Y, the inside of the annular space 13 of the concrete form work is filled by actuating a pressing-in device 5 and a vibrator 6. When filling work is completed, the double concrete form work 1 is turned by actuating a rotating and driving device 2 and centrifugal molding is performed by a predetermined period of time.
