Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the sharpness of a primary resonance and to constrain a rolling by covering the elastic member fixed to a mobile member by the tubular body consisting of a viscoelastic member and adhering the both end faces of the tubular body to a receiving member. CONSTITUTION:One end of elastic member 36a-36d is fixed to the four corners of a base 34 and the other end to the four ends of the mobile member 4 to which an objective lens 38 is fitted. And on the outer periphery of the elastic member 36a-36d the tubular body 60a-60d consisting of viscoelastic members is covered and the both end faces of the tubular body are provided so as to adhere to the contact face of the base 34 which is a receiving member and mobile member 40. Due to this structure the movement of the elastic member 36a-36d is constrained by the friction of the mobile member 40 and the tubular body 60a-60d coming into contact with the base 34, the sharpness of a primary resonance value is reduced and a rolling is constrained as well.
