Claims (1)
- デイスクを跨ぐキヤリパのブリツジ部に、摩擦
パツドを外部からデイスク半径方向に抜き差し可
能な開口を設け、この開口のデイスク回入側と回
出側に一方向に抜き取り可能なデイスク軸方向の
パツドピンを横架し、そのパツドピンを裏板に貫
通させて対の摩擦パツドをデイスク軸方向スライ
ド自在に支持したオープントツプ型のデイスクブ
レーキにおいて、パツドピンの抜き取り部側にあ
る一方の摩擦パツドの裏板前面近くで上記パツド
ピンの各々に貫通孔を設けて線ばねの両端を２本
のピツドピンの貫通孔に個別に挿通し、さらに、
上記線ばねには、その中間に他方の摩擦パツドの
裏板に係止する折り返えし部を、また、この折り
返えし部と両端部との間にデイスク軸方向の弾力
発生部を各々設けて両端縁近辺を上記一方の摩擦
パツドの裏板前面に、折り返えし部近辺を他方の
摩擦パツドの裏板前面に各々圧接させ、パツドピ
ンの抜け止めと対の摩擦パツドの非制動時のデイ
スクからの引き離しとを上記一本の線ばねで行な
つたことを特徴とするデイスクブレーキ。
