Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an oxide superconducting thin film having an increased critical temperature and an excellent reproducing property, by specifying x, y, z, respectively in a general formula of LPn1MxCuyOz. CONSTITUTION:Conditions, 1.5<=x<=2.5, 3.5<=y<=7.0, 60z<=7.0 are satisfied in a general formula of LPn1MxCuyOz. In the formula, Ln represents at least a kind of an element selected from a group composed of rare earth elements and M represents at least a kind of an element selected from a group composed of Ba, Sr and Sr. More specifically, an oxide superconducting thin film, which contains an amount of Cu greater than that contained in a component which is said to express superconductivity in a usual bulk state, has a high Tc without depending on a heat treatment condition. With this arrangement, a high critical temperature of excellent reproducing property can be obtained regardless the heat treatment condition.
