Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the continuous stirring and diluting of many specimens by stirring and uniformizing the precipitates, etc., in samples and transferring the samples into other vessels right thereafter. CONSTITUTION:The tips of previously cleaned nozzles 5 are first inserted into sample vessels 1 where the samples in the vessels 1 are stirred by a stirring means 11. A 1st syringe 12 makes suction operation simultaneously therewith and a specified volume of the sample is sucked into the syringe 12. A selector valve 7 connects the 2nd syringe 13 and a dilute liquid supplying source 15 at this time. The syringe 13 makes suction operation in this state and a specified volume of the dilute liquid is sucked. The nozzles 5 are in succession inserted from the vessels 1 into empty vessels 2 and the valve 7 is selected, by which the syringe 13 is connected to the syringe 12. The syringe 13 makes discharge operation in this state and the dilute liquid is discharged from the nozzles 5 through the syringe 13, then through the syringe 12 from the nozzles 5. The sample in the syringe 12 is extruded by the dilute liquid and is supplied into the vessels 2.
