Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate configuration detecting accuracy, by projecting light on the entire inner surface of a tube to be inspected at the same time by a separately projecting means, receiving the optical image of the inner surface at the same time, thereby eliminating the undetected part. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 22 is converted into convergent luminous flux through a projecting lens 23. Then, the light is projected on a conical body, whose surface is a mirror surface. The light is distributed and projected in all directions perpendicular to an axial line. The light is projected on the inner surface of a tube to be inspected P in a thin ring shape. The light, which is reflected by the inner surface of the tube to be inspected P, is bent and returned with a mirror 30. The light is condensed through a lens 26. The optical image of the inner surface is projected and formed on a two-dimensional light receiving part 27. The data of the amount of the light of the optical image, which is received in the two-dimensional light receiving part 27, are written into a main body 2 of an inspecting apparatus through an output circuit 29 and a cable 29a. The data are processed in a processing part 31, and a tubular circle configuration is outputted.
