Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of braking ability at the time of dehydrating by forming a space part between the insertion port peripheral edge of a brake drum and the lower surface of a gear case and positioning the tip of a projection provided at the upper edge of an insertion part for inserting the dehydration driving shaft of a holding member or in the neighborhood of it in the insertion port. CONSTITUTION: The peripheral edge of the insertion port 13 of the brake drum 12 is provided with a stage part 16 to be lowered by one stage to form an annular space part 17 between the stage part 16 and the lower surface of the lower gear case 118. On the other hand, the insertion part 26 for inserting a dehydrating driving shaft 120 is provided on the upper surface of a resin holding member 25 surrounding the upper surface and the side surface of a housing 24. A projection 33 is annularly projected upward at its upper end and its tip is positioned in the insertion port 13 provided at the drum 12 and is proximately opposed to the lower surface of the case 118. Consequently, the deterioration of braking ability due to the lubricating oil is prevented by reducing sticking to the drum surface of the brake drum since it is housed in the space part 17 in spite of being splashed from the upper edge of the insertion part at the time of dehydrating.
