PURPOSE:To attain superior desilverability and superior aging stability of a stabilizing soln. or washing water by specifying the amt. of a replenisher for the stabilizing soln. or washing water when a silver halide color photographic sensitive material is processed with a bleach-fix bath as the preceding bath. CONSTITUTION:A compd. which reacts with the oxidized product of an arom. prim. amine color developing agent and releases a bleaching accelerator is incorporated into a silver halide color photographic sensitive material, and the amt. of a replenisher for a stabilizing soln. or washing water in a stabilizing or washing stage is regulated to 0-50 times the amt. of a soln. brought from the preceding bath per unit area of the sensitive material to be processed. When the sensitive material contg. the bleaching accelerator releasing compd. is processed, the bleaching accelerator is released in a color developing stage. Since the amt. of the replenisher for the stabilizing soln. or washing water is reduced, processing is carried out with superior desilverability, superior aging stability of the stabilizing soln. or washing water and suppressed stain.
