Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform all collations of states by converting a all-state film to be collated and the collated all-state file into prescribed forms respectively and generating intermediate files, and performing prescribed collation according to the files. CONSTITUTION:The collated state file 1 which contains all signals and all states of simulation results, the collating all-state file 2 such as an output expected value file, and a function diagram and circuit diagram signal name correspondence file 3 are inputted to an intermediate file converting means 4. The output signal of this converting means 4 is converted into the collated intermediate file 5 and collating intermediate file 6 which has the standard format and they are further inputted to a collating circuit 7 and collated with each other as prescribed. The result is outputted as a collating list 8. Thus, the logical simulation result of a digital circuit is collated as one independent system to reduce the load on a logical simulator and also all signals and all states are collated.
