Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively work a generating force as a damping force for deviation by converting a deviation control command signal in a rotary coordinate system to a fixed coordinate system by a lag coordinate conversion corresponding to a lag in a force generating portion to shift a rotational position. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bearing is adapted to generate magnetic attraction force in actuator coils 111-114 through phase compensators 31, 32, magnetic attraction force linear compensators 91, 92 and power amplifiers 101-104 according to signals x, y, for detecting orthogonal displacement of a rotary shaft. According to the output of a synchronous two-phase oscillators 12, 13 adapted to receive a rotational reference position pulse signal f, the deviation in a fixed coordinate is converted to deviation X, Y in a rotary coordinate by a coordinate converter 4 and converted through a low-pass filter 5 to a fixed coordinate system by a coordinate converter 6 by a phase lagpsi and an inverse number g of damping amount from a function generator 14, with the rotational position shifter in such a manner that the generating force after the lag time is effective for net-damping deviation to compensate a lag. Thus, synchronous damping force can be generated while lag of amplifiers and electromagnets are compensated to reduce deviation.
