Abstract

PURPOSE:To let a cellular sheet display new performance by a method wherein a cap film and a back film, which are different from each other, are combined together. CONSTITUTION:A cellular sheet 1 is produced by pasting a flat back film 3 to a cap film 2, on which a large number of caps are formed, so as to enclose gas in the caps. The cellular sheet has many types. Concretely, a cellular sheet, the cap film 2 of which is made of film containing vapor phase inhibitor, is turned into an airtight packaging bag, in which the caps face inwards, so as to prevent metal products in the bag from rusting. Further, a cellular sheet, the back film 3 of which contains electrically conductive substance, is turned into a packaging bag, which is useful for handling products, which tend to develop trouble due to static electricity, such as electronic parts and the like. Furthermore, a cellular sheet 1, the cap film 2 of which is made of non-rigid PVC and the back film 3 of which is made of rigid PVC, is used in a corrugated fiberboard box under the state that the caps face inward, resulting in holding housed fine articles by soft cells.
