Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent functional deficiency from being brought to a muscle and a pain from being given thereto and to simply and strongly fix a separated ossicle to a bone, by mounting a plate main part to the bone and the ossicle separated therefrom so as to straddle both of them and providing a hook part bent along the ossicle to said plate main part in a protruding state. CONSTITUTION:A hook part 21 is integrally provided to the plate main part 20 of a surgical plate 19 in a protruding state and the plate main part 20 is mounted to the acromion 18 and the ossicle 18a of a shoulder blade 14 by a flat headed screw 23 so as to straddle both of them. Further, since the hook part 21 is bent to bring the ossicle 18a to the inside piece of the acromion 18 under pressure, the ossicle 18a is strongly fixed to the acromion 18 as compared with a case using a plate for the cervical vertebrae. Further, since no pin is used in order to fix the acromion 18 and the ossicle 18a, there is no possibility such that a pain is generated in a deltoid 17 and, since the adhesion part of the deltoid 17 is cut off, there is no possibility generating functional deficiency in the deltoid 17.
