Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily measure blood fibrinolytic activity by adding a monoclonal antibody which neutralizes the specific antifrbrinolytie activity to the human blood or blood-plasma. CONSTITUTION:The monoclonal antibody which is supplied to the human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor to neutralize the antifibronlytic characteristic of the human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor is added to the human blood or blood-plasma. The direct and rapid measurement of the fibrinolytic activity state by a plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor is then enabled. This antibody is particularly effective as the index for the condition of the biofibrinolytic activity such as the promotion of the fibrinolytic activity in the thrombosis and DIC and the degradation in the fibrinolytic activity in diabetes, etc. The blood fibrinolytic activity is thereby easily measured.
