Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は密封リレーに関するもので、その目的
とするところは通気操作の容易な密封リレーを提

密封リレーはプリント板に半田付け後洗浄液で
浸漬洗浄されるのに適しているが、動作中のリレ
ー内部部品から発生する有機ガスによる接点接触
障害を防止するため、カバーに通気孔を設けるこ
とが必要であるが、従来のように合成樹脂製カバ
ーの一部を破るものは、破る部分がその他の部分
と同色であるので判別しにくく、誤つて他の部分
を破つてリレーの機能を損つたり、或は破るとき
に力を入れすぎ他の部分まで一緒に破ることがあ

るいは接近して配設したものであり、カバー2と
合成樹脂片3は別材料で形成するものであるから
色彩を容易に変えられて合成樹脂片3を目立つ色
彩にすることやもろい材料にすることにより、誤
りなく通気のための破る作業が行え、また合成樹
脂片3の周囲のカバー2の内壁をリレー本体1の
上部に穿設した囲壁1a先端で支持するようにし
たから、合成樹脂片を破るときにカバー2の他の
部分に及ぶことがなくその破片も囲壁1a内にの
み落下し、リレー本体の機能を損うおそれがない

て、前記カバーの外壁に穿設した貫通孔を合成樹
脂片で密封し、リレー本体より突設され貫通孔よ
りもやや大きい径の囲壁を合成樹脂片の周囲のカ
バー内壁に当接あるいは接近して配設したことを
