Claims (1)
- 円筒状スリーブとこの内部に配設された磁気ロ
ーラとで構成される現像ローラ上に、トナーと磁
性キヤリアとから成る磁気ブラシを形成し、現像
時に上記現像ローラに対向して設けられた潜像担
持体の静電潜像を、装置ハウジングの開口部を介
し磁気ブラシでもつて摺擦して現像を行うと共に
、非現像時に装置ハウジング全体が現像可能位置
から非現像位置へ移動して上記現像ローラが潜像
担持体から離反する現像装置において、上記磁気
ローラの磁力により磁化され、現像時に潜像担持
体側へ転移した磁性キヤリアを吸引してこれを磁
気ブラシにより装置ハウジング内に回収させるた
めのシール部材を上記潜像担持体の近傍に固定し
て設けると共に、このシール部材には装置ハウジ
ングが現像可能位置から非現像位置へ移動し磁気
ローラとシール部材とが離反した際に、その吸引
を解かれてシール部材から落下する磁性キヤリア
を回収するための回収手段を設けたことを特徴と
する磁気ブラシ現像装置。
