Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare easily a tile having a grain pattern which is different from a natural grain pattern, by mixing a scalelike mica having a specific average particle diameter in a polyvinyl chloride resin compound to make a sheet, put it between a tile base material and a transparent resin sheet and making them in a body by means of press molding. CONSTITUTION:Scalelike mica whose average particle diameter is 3-0.1mm and color is white or black or the mixture thereof is mixed in a polyvinyl chloride resin compound, and the mixture is gelated under heating and pressure by means of a calender roll to make a sheet whose thickness is 2-0.3mm, which is then cut in a proper size. この天然素材感を現出した合成樹脂製タイルの製造法と
して、天然石の模様を写真印刷したフィルムを合成樹脂

って製造された製品は同一の模様しか製造できず、種類
を増やすには模様の異なる印刷フィルムを数多く用意し
なければならないため、製造コストが高くなる欠点があ
った。また、床材として使用した場合には、フィルムが
磨滅して印刷模様が剥げる欠点があった。

(発明の構成) 本発明における合成樹脂製タイルの製造方法は塩化ビニ

の鱗片状の白あるいは黒又はこれらの混合された雲母を
混入し、カレンダーロールで加熱・加圧することにより
ゲル化させ厚み2111〜0゜3mmのシートを作成し
たのち適当な大きさに切断し、これをタイル下地材と透
明樹脂シートの間に重合させ、熱プレス成形により一体
化するものである。タイル下地材としては、充填材が多
く混入された塩化ビニル樹脂板の他、前記雲母の混入さ
れた塩化ビニル樹脂シートとの相容性がある素材で、伸
縮率の小さい材料が使用される。
