Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold a molding having a cubic effect without peeling of transferred color and pattern, by carrying out a transfer of color and pattern at the same time when the molding is injection-molded. CONSTITUTION:A transfer film 11 comprising a base film 12 and a transfer foil 13 is placed between a mold 1 having a projection 13 which forms a required cavity 15b on the rear face of a molding 15 and a mold 14 which forms a cavity when it is closed with the mold 1, in such a way that the transfer foil 13 faces the cavity 5 side. After the mold closing, a transparent resin is injected and filled in the cavity 5 to form the molding 15 and at the same time, color and pattern are transferred on the molded cavity. The color and pattern transferred is not exposed on the surface of the molding, no peeling occurs from the surface by friction or the like.

模様を有する転写箔をフィルムベースの片面に施した転
写フィルムを、上記裏面成形竿面側にフィルムベースを
位置させて設け、ぞの転写箔の介在の下にキャビティに
透明樹脂を射出充填して成形品を成形すると同時に、成
形された凹所に」−記色彩または模様を転写して、上記
従来の問題点を解決してなる。・ 以下、この発明を図示の例により詳説する。

金型との間に、上記成形品の少なくとも凹所と対応する
位置に色彩または模様を有する転写箔をフィルムベース
の片面に施した転写フィルムを、上記裏面成形型面側に
フィルムベースを位置させて設け、その転写箔の介在の
下にキャビティに透明樹脂を射出充填して成形品を成形
すると同時に、成形された凹所に上記色彩または模様を
転写してなることを特徴とする転写成形方法。
