Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ サンプル懸濁液をシース液で包み込んだ同軸
    流にフローセル中で又はジエツトノズルからの噴
    出後に光源からの光を照射し、サンプルが光を通
    過するときに出る散乱光、けい光等を光学的測定
    系で測定してサンプル中の１個１個の細胞を分析
    するフローサイトメータにおいて、蛍光測定用光
    源と該光源からの光をサンプルに照射する光学系
    、及び散乱光測定用光源と該光源からの光をサン
    プルに照射する光学系を別々に設けたことを特徴
    とする複数光源フローサイトメータ。 ２ 上記蛍光測定用光源がＸｅランプ、Ｈｇラン
    プ等の非レーザ光源で、上記散乱光測定用光源が
    Ｈｅ―Ｎｅレーザ、半導体レーザ等の小型低出力
    レーザであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項の複数光源フローサイトメータ。
