操作ペタルの操作に連動して回動する作動体と、
上記本体の他端側に設けられ上記作動体を回動さ
せるとこれによつてその下端が押圧される保持体
と、この保持体に形成された係合部と、上記本体
の他端側と対応する部分に本体の回動軸線と直交
する方向に沿つてスライド自在に設けられている
とともに上記係合部に係合して上記本体を回動不
能に保持するストツパピンを有し上記操作ペタル
の操作によつて上記本体の傾斜角度を変えるとき
以外は上記ストツパピンが係合部に係合した状態
で上記作動体によりスライド不能に保持されるス
