保持体を反対方向に向けて差し込んだ状態を示す
断面図、第６図は平型柔軟ケーブルの端末の平面
図、第７図はプリント配線基板に形成する差込孔
を示す図、第８図及び第９図は接続パターンを示
す図、第１０図〜第１３図は従来技術を示し、そ
れぞれ接続パターンを示す図である。 尚、図中１……コネクタ、２……コネクタハウ
ジング、３……端子保持体、４……平型柔軟ケー

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 端子装着空間５が形成されたコネクタハウジン
    グ２と、この端子装着空間５内に平型柔軟ケーブ
    ル４に形成された平型導体７の形成ピツチＰに対
    応したピツチＰ′で平行に装着された複数の端子
    ６を有すると共に、上記コネクタハウジング２の
    左右の外壁Ａ，Ｂに沿つて上下動できる左右のロ
    ツク片Ａ′，Ｂ′間に一体的に形成されていて、
    上記端子装着空間５内に出入りできる突入部１３
    を有する端子保持体３を有し、上記端子保持体３
    を構成する突入部１３の一側の壁面１３ａ上に開
    口せるケーブル導入窓１４より平型柔軟ケーブル
    ４を挿入し、上記一側の壁面１３ａに沿つて上記
    端子装着空間５内に挿入し、その時に上記端子保
    持体３を、そのロツク片Ａ′，Ｂ′を下動限まで
    挿入させてロツクすることによつて各平型導体７
    …をそれに対応する各端子６…に電気的に接触保
    持するようにした平型柔軟ケーブルの為のコネク
    タに於いて、上記各端子６…は、先端が二股状に
    対称形状に形成された一対の端子片８，９を有し
    、これら各端子片８，９の自由端の内側には接触
    爪８ａ，９ａが互いに対称に形成されており、他
    方上記端子保持体３は、それに形成された突入部
    １３の一側の壁面１３ａが上記一対の端子片８，
    ９のいずれか一方の端子片８に対向するようにし
    てコネクタハウジング２に装着できるのみならず
    、一側の壁面１３ａが他方の端子片９に対向する
    ようにしてコネクタハウジング２に装着可能でも
    あり、上記突入部１３の一側の壁面１３ａが、何
    れの端子片８又は９側に向けて装着されても、そ
    の突入部１３の壁面１３ａとその時それに対向す
    る端子片８又は９の接触爪８ａ，９ａとの間で平
    型柔軟ケーブル４を弾発的に挾持できるようにし
    たことを特徴とする平型柔軟ケーブルの為のコネ
    クタ。
