DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention makes it possible to store a predetermined amount of water outside the pump room, prevents solid matter from accumulating inside the pipe, and eliminates the need for installing sub-pipes. Regarding the structure of the new pump chamber, more specifically, a sweeping communication pipe having a diameter and length capable of storing a certain amount of water is interposed between the pump chamber and the inflow pipe. This invention relates to a structure of a pump chamber characterized by having a certain slope.

In conventional pump chambers, the inflow pipe was attached directly to the peripheral wall of the pump chamber, so an amount of water that exceeded the pump's discharge capacity temporarily flowed into the pump chamber, causing the amount of water stored in the pump chamber to exceed the normal amount of water stored. When the water level rises, there is a risk that this water will flow directly back into the inflow pipe, so the pump room must be made deeper and larger than necessary to ensure water storage capacity in case of abnormal water rises. Therefore, the disadvantage is that the cost of the pump chamber is high.Furthermore, since there is a large head difference between the inflow pipe and the bottom of the pump chamber, it is necessary to attach an auxiliary pipe to the inflow pipe, and the inflow pipe etc. However, there were drawbacks such as the accumulation of solid matter such as sand.

The structure according to the present invention is a completely new technology developed in view of these conventional drawbacks, and is particularly capable of storing a certain amount of water outside the pump room, does not require the installation of any auxiliary pipes, and furthermore This invention relates to a completely new technology that makes it possible to prevent solids from accumulating inside the pipes by constantly sweeping away the solids inside the pipes.

An example of a structure for carrying out the method of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1,
Reference numeral 1 denotes a pump chamber, which is composed of a bottom plate 2, a straight wall tube 3, a sloped wall tube 4, a lid frame 5, a lid 6, etc., and a pump 8 is installed on an invert 7 at the bottom of the pump chamber 1. ing. Next, reference numeral 9 denotes a sweeping communication pipe having an inner diameter r and a length l capable of storing a certain amount of water, which is deposited inside a part of the straight wall pipe 3 of the pump chamber 1. The connecting pipe 9 is installed with a certain slope so that the solid matter can be swept away.
A manhole 10 is attached to the other end, and the end of an inflow pipe 11 is attached to this manhole 10, so that the communication pipe 9 and the inflow pipe 11 are connected via the manhole 10. This manhole 1
0 has an invert 12 with a predetermined slope at the bottom.
is provided so that water flowing into the manhole 10 from the inflow pipe 11 can smoothly flow out into the communication pipe 9. Further, 13 is a screen installed inside the manhole 10, and this screen 13 removes garbage such as wood chips, plastic pieces, strings, bags, etc. that get mixed into the water flowing from the inflow pipe 11 to the communication pipe 9. It is structured in such a way that it can be done.

As described above, in the structure according to the present invention, manholes are arranged adjacent to the pump chamber, and these are connected by a communicating pipe having a certain inner diameter and length, so that a predetermined amount of water can be stored in this communicating pipe. I can do it,
Therefore, there is no need to make the pump chamber particularly deep or have a large diameter as in the past, and the desired amount of water can be stored using this communication pipe, and this communication pipe maintains a constant slope. Since it is installed at a relatively lower part of the pump chamber, all solid matter can flow smoothly to the bottom of the pump chamber and be swept away without accumulating solids in the pipe. There is no need to install an auxiliary pipe from the inflow pipe attached to the upper part of the pump chamber to the lower part of the pump chamber, and furthermore, when the structure of the present invention is implemented, the pump chamber can be configured compactly with a small capacity. It can be buried in narrow roads, etc., and the construction cost can be significantly reduced. Also, the diameter and length of the communicating pipe can be changed according to the amount of stored water as necessary. This has the effect that it is possible to select the
