Specifically, multiple pins are planted. When the mixture hits this obstacle 5, it is easily separated by the impact, and the product and scraps are disentangled and slide down near the chute outlet. A scrap removal device 6 is provided at this position.

In the front view, a magnet 7 (permanent magnet is an electromagnet) constituting the attraction part is provided on the upper surface of the chute outlet, and forms a magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the chute slides down.

The waste is attracted to the belt surface of a belt conveyor 9 provided as a discharge section on the upper surface of the chute as shown in FIG.

However, as shown in the front view of FIG. 4, the scraps can be removed using the same principle as described above by using a disc 13 that rotates slowly around the rotating shaft 12.

It may be on the side of the chute 4 or diagonally upward. Furthermore, as shown in the conceptual perspective view of FIG. 5, the aforementioned obstacle 5 may be a pin-shaped 5a, a chevron-shaped plate 5b, or another form.
In short, any structure is sufficient as long as it collides with the obstacle 5 to impact the mixture of the product and scraps to separate them.

がある。(f) Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, in the shaving process, the scraps that are generated when entangled with the product and require a lot of man-hours to remove can be automatically separated from the product. Since the shaving process can be taken out, the number of man-hours can be greatly reduced compared to the conventional work, which has a great effect on reducing the cost of the shaving process.
