A sintered body of conductive paste, a metal vapor deposition film, a metal plating film, etc. were used. The nozzle plate 3 is a metal plate processed into a disk shape with a thickness of approximately 50 μm, and a through hole for the nozzle hole 6 (hole diameter approximately 70 to 100 μm) is provided in the center of the nozzle plate 3.
However, there were several. The body 5 is a cylindrical metal body with a support part 7 on the upper part for joining the nozzle plate 3, a loop-shaped side wall 8 on the outer periphery for positioning the nozzle plate 3 during assembly, and a support part 7 for the support part 7. A concave liquid chamber 9 was provided in the center, and a pair of liquid passages 10 were provided from the liquid chamber 9 in the left and right direction. The electrode film 2a is an electrode for connecting an external lead wire.

The pressure element has an electrode film 2 on its smooth surfaces.
This is the same as the conventional one in which a and 2b are formed.
The nozzle plate 3 is a disk-shaped thin metal plate, and a minute (approximately 100 μm) through hole is provided as a nozzle hole 6 in the center thereof. The electrode film 2b of the electric vibrator 1 and one surface of the nozzle plate 3 are bonded to each other via the fixing layer 4a in a conventional manner. The other surface of the nozzle plate 3 of the vibrator unit thus bonded is bonded to the metal body 5 via the fixing layer 4b in the same manner as in the prior art. The body 5 includes a support part 7 for joining with the nozzle plate 3, a side wall 8 for positioning and protecting the unit when assembling the vibrator unit, a liquid chamber 9 to be filled with liquid, and a liquid chamber 9 for supplying liquid. A liquid passage 10 and the like are provided.

A coating material 12 having elasticity and water repellency was filled so that it was embedded throughout. Silicone rubber was selected as the coating material 12, and at the time of filling, the vicinity of the nozzle hole 6 was covered with a masking material, and after the rubber had hardened, it was removed, leaving the vicinity of the nozzle hole 6 as an opening.

であつた。 In the above configuration, the electric vibrator 1 is oscillated by applying a voltage from the oscillation circuit, and vibrates the nozzle plate 3 via the fixed layer 4b. By the vibration of the nozzle plate 3, the liquid filled in the liquid chamber 9 is pressurized and atomized through the nozzle hole 6. During this operation, if dew condensation or foreign matter adheres to the surface of the electric vibrator 1, a leakage current is generated, causing the oscillation to stop or the oscillation frequency to fluctuate, making atomization unstable. However, in the configuration of the present invention, since one surface of the electric vibrator 1 and the nozzle plate 3 is filled with the coating material 12, the electrode films 2a, 2b
Insulating protection is provided between the electrode film 2a and the nozzle plate 3. Therefore, even if the above situation occurs, leakage current can be prevented from occurring. Therefore, stable operation can be achieved without stopping oscillation or changing the oscillation frequency. In addition, the filled coating material 12 acts on the Q value as a load mass, but according to this configuration, the Q value is 3 to 6.

防止効果がある。 Furthermore, the configuration of the present invention has the following advantages in addition to the above. Since the electric vibrator 1 is embedded with the coating material 12, there is no exposed part, and the structure can be made less susceptible to mechanical damage. Since the coating is filled with the coating material 12, the problem of poor insulation due to pinholes is extremely less compared to thin films. Since the connecting portion of the lead wire 11a is also filled with the coating material 12, it is effective in alleviating the ultrasonic impact and preventing damage to the connecting portion due to the ultrasonic impact.
