It is well known that working at sea in cold weather is not easy, but working during rainy or stormy weather is not only dangerous, but also rainwater or seawater can get into the workers' clothes and cause colds. If you accidentally fall into the sea, seawater may seep into your clothes and you may freeze to death while waiting for rescue. Furthermore, when a ship sinks due to a marine accident, the crew members must be immersed in cold seawater while waiting for rescue, so even if they are wearing life jackets, they can all die from freezing to death due to the cold. It is normal to have

That is, the cold-resistant and water-resistant clothing of the present invention has a sea anchor attached to the back of the outer garment, and when the wearer enters the sea, the sea anchor is taken out and its resistance prevents the wearer from being carried away by wind or currents. At the same time, the wearer's head was always kept upwind to facilitate rescue work.

A is waterproof, water-resistant rubber, synthetic resin,
Upper body part 1 and lower body part 2 are made of synthetic fiber or other fabric.
An example of the present invention in which a head hood 3 is integrally formed at the neck of the upper body part 1, gloves 5 are attached to the ends of the sleeves 4, and shoes 7 are integrally connected to the ends of the legs 6 of the lower body part 2. This cold- and water-resistant clothing has an opening extending from the head hood 3 to the lower front of the clothing A, a watertight fastener 8 is attached to the opening, and the sleeve 4 is formed into a dolman sleeve shape, and the sleeve 4 is formed from the armpit attachment part to the sleeve. A fastener 9 is attached to the sleeve 4 along the length thereof toward the front end, extending approximately to the center of the sleeve 4, so that the sleeve 4 can be made both slim and thick. A fastener 10 is attached from the connecting part side to the thigh side, so that the leg part 6 can be made both slender and thick. Although not shown, the hood 3 has a double structure with an air chamber, and a supply/exhaust valve is attached so as to fit well over the wearer's head so that air can be supplied to and discharged from the air chamber.

The cold-resistant and water-resistant clothing as an example of the present invention configured as described above can be used by workers engaged in offshore work in cold weather.
After wearing the watertight fastener 8 and fasteners 9 and 10 in an open state, the watertight fastener 8 and fasteners 9 and 1
0 is closed and the hood 3 is fitted over the head to engage in work.If the wearer goes into the sea due to an accident, he or she can pull the rope 16 and pull out the sea anchor 15 from its storage part 13. , the sea anchor 15 opens in the sea, which acts as a resistance and prevents the wearer from being swept away by the current while floating, and also keeps the wearer's head upwind at all times to facilitate rescue work. It's getting old and the sleeves are 4
By closing the fasteners 9 and 10 for the legs 6, the workability is good, of course. Sleeves 4 are thick like dolman sleeves, making it easier to move your arms inside, so if you take your hands out of the gloves and fold your arms inside clothing A, your hands will be warmed by your body temperature, It is possible to prevent the hands from getting cold, and on the other hand, the legs 6 are also thicker to improve blood circulation in the wearer's legs, thereby preventing a drop in body temperature.

In addition, when the cold-resistant and water-resistant clothing of the present invention is made of relatively thin fabric, in order to improve cold protection, the inner garment is made of a heat-retaining material that is polymerized.
It may also be installed.

Therefore, cold-resistant and water-resistant clothing is required to have buoyancy, but in order to achieve this, a buoyancy body or a floating chamber must be built into the clothing, or the wearer must put on a life jacket before putting on the cold-resistant and water-resistant clothing. Alternatively, after wearing cold and water resistant clothing, a life jacket may be worn over the clothing. However, in either case, the action of the sea anchor 15 should not be impaired.

The present invention is as described above, and a rope of an appropriate length is attached to the back of the upper body, a sea anchor of an appropriate shape is fixed to the tip of the rope, and the sea anchor and rope can be freely taken out and accommodated and worn. If the sea anchor is taken out while floating on the sea, the sea anchor will open at sea, and this will not only prevent the wearer from being swept away by the current, but also keep the wearer's head upwind at all times. This is extremely useful from a safety standpoint, as it makes rescue work easier.
