る。したがつて、これを操作部や記憶装置などを
含む本体と一体的に構成した場合、全体としてか
なり大型となり、設置場所を多くとり、また運搬
時もかさばつて持ちにくいなどの欠点がある。

ンパクト化が難しかつた。そこで、表示部をコン
ピユータが収納されたケーシングへ収納した状態
において、より一層コンパクトになることが要望
されるに至つた。また、実開昭48−24335号公報
に記載のものは、単なる電子式卓上計算機（以下
単に電卓という）であり、他の従来例と同様に大
型の表示部を必要としないものであり、しかも段
状の収納部に収納される表示部は収納状態におい
て上面のみならず側周面が外部に露出した状態で
あり、表示部が傷つき易いという欠点があつた。
また、支柱を表示部に設ける必要があり、しかも
支柱の係止保持手段も複雑であり、表示部上昇状
態では支柱が見えて体裁も悪いものであつた。

卓以上の仕事量をこなせるコンピユータの筐体を

CRT方式と比較して格段に薄い平板形に構成さ
れている。この実施例ではコンピユータが収納さ
れたケーシング１の後部に平板形表示部２よりわ
ずかに大きい袋状の収納凹部３が設けられてお
り、平板形表示部２はケーシング１に対して滑動
自在に設けられ、使用時にはこの平板形表示部２
は上方に引き出され、あるいは図示しないスプリ
ング等によつて飛び出されて係止フツク（起立保
持させる手段）４により係止される。また非使用
時には下方に押しこまれてこの収納凹部３内に収
納される。この場合係止フツク４は平板形表示部
２が外部に滑動脱出することを防ぐ役目をする。
特にこの考案では、従来の電卓程度の表示よりも
より多くの表示が可能な比較的大型の表示部２を
備えているものであり、コンピユータも電卓より
も多くの仕事ができるものであり、所謂パーソナ
ルコンピユータに適用して有用なものである。係

込んだときにその先端が表示部２の裏側に形成さ
れた２以上の凹部へ選択的に嵌入するような構造

そして、非使用時にはさらに小型になつて運搬し
やすく、かつ突出部が無いので物にぶつかつて損
傷を受けるおそれも少なくなり、特に表示部は袋
状の収納凹部にすつぽりと収納されて保護される
とともに、無用な突出部による筐体全体の意匠設
計上の制約がないなどの利点があり、特にラツプ
トツプ型、デスクトツプ型のパーソナルコンピユ
ータとして極めて有利な条件を備えた構造という
ことができる。さらに、この考案において表示部
を上昇保持した状態で、ケーシングに不格好な段
部が見えたり、表示部を支える支柱等も見えず、
体裁も優れ、しかも支柱や支柱を係止保持する機
構も要らず、構造も簡単なものとなる。
