外周に取付けた防風用のゴムである。なお下部筒
体の下部外周には転倒防止用の鍔部14が一体に

ができ、しかも電気式ヒーターの如く、コンセン
ト等の設備を必要としないので、経済的であり、
安価な料理用保温器を提供し得る等の効果を奏
し、その実用的価値極めて大なるものである。
