この考案は、内燃機関のピン型点火コイル、配
電器用高圧端子等の点火装置等に配線する電波雑

して第1図に示すような構造のものが考えられ
た。即ち、コ字状の接触子aの一方の脚片bを導
電巻線dと絶縁被覆eとの間に挿入し、他方の脚
片cを絶縁被覆eの外周面に沿わせてかしめ、こ
の脚片bと絶縁被覆eとの間にピン型端子fを接
続するものである。この構造のものは、一応所定
の電波雑音防止の効果を達成するが、しかし製造
に際し、かしめ圧力が強すぎるとコードの変形が
大きくなり、点火コイル本体、配電器本体等への
接続が円滑でなく、且つ脚片と絶縁被覆との間隙
gが大きくなり、ピン型端子の接続が完全に行な
われないおそれがある。また、これを防止するた
めかしめ圧力を弱めると接触子とコードとの挟着
が緩く、使用中脱落するおそれがある等品質の安
定性が悪く、生産能率が向上しない欠点があつ

を防止することができる。又、両脚片のかしめ作
業に際しても一方の脚片のみ変形して導電巻線を
挟着するものであるから押圧かしめ圧力に多少の
バラツキがあつても強固に固定でき、品質を常に
一定に保つことができると共に生産性を向上でき
