More specifically, this is a window opening/closing device that automatically absorbs the slack in the inner cable when the inner cable is stretched due to a load applied to the inner cable, thereby preventing problems in opening and closing the window. It is.

Since the window glass is moved up and down by the arc movement of the tip of the arm, problems can easily occur due to sliding between the arm and the window glass, and the distance from the drive gear to the tip of the arm is constant, making it versatile. There are some shortcomings.

It is necessary to adjust the tension of the wire, and since the wiring range of the wire is essentially wide, a large installation space is required. There are drawbacks that cannot be changed.

When the is rotated in the forward direction (rotation in the c direction), the first pulley also rotates in the forward direction due to the engagement between the square shaft portion 2' of the shaft 2 and the square hole portion 3' of the first pulley 3, and the ratchet of the first pulley is rotated in the forward direction. By engaging the teeth 6 with the ratchet teeth 7 of the second pulley 4, the second pulley also rotates in the forward direction. In this case, since the second pulley 4 is pressed in the direction of the first pulley 3 by the elastic member 15, the two ratchet teeth do not disengage.

By the U-shaped operation of the inner cable 10 whose intermediate portion is engaged with the driven pulley 23, the bracket 21 fixed to the inner cable 10a on one end side by the fixing means 27 is operated in the E direction, and the bracket The window glass fixed to the window will be opened.

The bracket 21 rotates in the opposite direction and winds the inner cable 10a at one end around the first pulley, so the bracket 21 operates in the F direction.
The window glass will be closed. In this case, the ratchet teeth 6 of the first pulley 3 try to slide against the ratchet teeth 7 of the second pulley 4, but the movement of the inner cable 10a on the one end side in the G direction is prevented by being curved by the guide member 23. Since the inner cable 10b at the other end is operated in the H direction, the inner cable at the other end whose other end 10'' is locked to the second pulley 4 causes the second pulley to
Like pulley 3, it rotates in the opposite direction.

It is engaged with the driven pulley 23 via guides 24a and 24b, and the space between both guide cylinders 16 and 17 of drive device A and both fixed parts 25a and 25b of driven device B is flexible but not expandable. Since the inner cable 10 is inserted into both conduits 9a and 9b, which are not connected to each other, normally there is no problem such as slack in the inner cable 10 and play in opening and closing the window glass 26, but if a load is applied to the window glass. Even if the inner cable 10 is stretched due to reasons such as the above, the window opening/closing device of the present invention automatically absorbs the slack in the inner cable as described below.

せうる。 That is, when the inner cable 10 becomes slack, the first pulley 3 and the second pulley 4 are stopped by the repulsive force of the coil spring 5 whose both ends 5' and 5'' are engaged as described above.
The second pulley 4 is biased to rotate in the forward direction (rotation in the C direction) with respect to the pulley 3, and the forward rotation direction of the second pulley with respect to the first pulley is such that the second pulley 4 is biased against the ratchet teeth 6 of the first pulley. ratchet tooth 7
is the sliding direction (anti-engagement direction), the second pulley 4 overcomes the pressure of the elastic member 15 in the first pulley 3 direction and rotates forward relative to the first pulley 3 by the slack of the inner cable 10. At that position, both the ratchets 6 and 7 mesh with each other due to the pressure, and the inner cable 10 is rotated by the next forward and reverse rotations of the lever 12.
The window glass 26 can be opened and closed accurately by the driving operation.

Therefore, the biasing length of the coil spring 5 may be sufficient to absorb the slack of the inner cable, and the diameter of the coil spring may also be small. Since the diameter can also be made small, the drive device A can be made small.

The mounting position can be any position not only in the vertical and horizontal directions in Fig. 1, but also in the front and back directions, and therefore it is extremely versatile because it can immediately respond to changes in the shape of the car door, etc., and for the same reason. This is a window opening/closing device that can be installed in a small space and has great practical effects.

ることはいうまでもない。 Note that even if the bracket 21 is fixed to the inner cable 10b at the other end, or the second pulley 4 is engaged with and driven by the shaft 2, and the bracket 21 is pivoted about the first pulley 3, other methods as shown in the drawings are possible. It goes without saying that any structural changes that can be easily imagined from the described embodiments still fall within the technical concept of the present invention.
