【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はパンフレツト等の綴じ込みに使用する
ピン式フアイルに関するものである。従京のピン
式フアイルはピンの付け外しが容易でなくそのフ
アイル作業に手間取るという欠点を有していた。
本考案は斯る欠点を解消し使用に便利なフアイル
を提供することを目的とする。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a pin-type file used for binding pamphlets and the like. Jukyo's pin-type file had the disadvantage that it was not easy to attach and remove the pin, and the file work was time-consuming.

以下、図示せる実施例に基づいて説明すると一
端を後記ホルダー８への固定端とし他端を自由端
とするピン体１と、頭部外周に引掛段部２をまた
胴部に摘み片３を夫々形成すると共に内部中央に
軸方向の貫通孔４を穿設して成る係止体５を夫々
備え、該係止体５の貫通孔４へピン体１の自由端
を挿通せしめて係止体５をピン体１の自由端に於
て軸方向に摺動自在に付着し、又表紙体６の背版
部内面の下端に状に折曲して内部に空間部を形
成すると共にその内壁に背版部に平行で横長の係
止口７を穿設して成る筐状のホルダー８を鋲着し
該ホルダー８の係止口へ上記ピン体１の固定端を
挿入して係止口に沿つて横方向の移動は自由であ
るが抜出は困難に固定し、又表紙体６の背版部内
面の上端には下顎体９と上顎体１０とを後端縁に
於て回動自在に蝶着して成るホルダー１１を鋲着
し、該ホルダー１１の上顎体１０はその下顎体９
との蝶着軸部にテンシヨンバネ１２を装着して通
常状態に於てその前方へ倒れ込んで閉じ合うよう
に附勢する。ここでホルダー１１の上顎体１０を
同上顎体１０の摘み片１３をもつて後方に開動さ
せたのちピン体１の自由端に付着した係止体５を
ピン体の最先端に移動させた後で解放して閉動さ
せるとホルダー１１の上顎体１０と下顎体９とが
係止体の胴部を咬止して係止体の引掛段部２を顎
部に掛止する。またこの状態を解消するには前記
同様上顎体１０を開動したのちピン体の係止体５
をストツパー１４まで摺動させるとピン体１はそ
の先端がホルダー１１の咬止部まで届かない長さ
に設定されているのでホルダー１１によつて咬止
されることもなく自由となる。叙上の様にピン体
の係止及びその解放を為すことにより同ピン体に
よつて被フアイル物を挾持し綴じ込みを行うもの

本考案は叙上のように綴込用ピン体の自由端先
端部に摘み片及び引掛段部を有する係止体を軸方
向に摺動自在に付着し、該係止体をホルダーの下
顎部及び開動自在な上顎部により咬止して同顎部
により引掛段部を係止するよう構成して成るので
ピン体をホルダーに着脱する場合に撓ませる必要
もなく係止体の摺動とホルダー上顎体の開動操作
のみによつて行うことができるので作業が手早く
出来て使用に便利であり、また係止体の引掛段部
にホルダーが咬止して引掛かるのでピン体の係止
が確固とし、更にピン体が折れ曲る虞れもないな
