Conventionally, a ribbon-type speaker is known in which magnetic circuit components are housed in an electrically insulating resin case, and a ribbon diaphragm sandwiched between two frame-shaped packings is disposed in the opening of the resin case. FIG. 1 shows this type of speaker, in which a ribbon diaphragm 4 sandwiched between frame-shaped packings 2 and 3 is arranged above an opening 1a of a resin case 1. In this type of speaker, the structure of the connection between the ribbon diaphragm 4 and the lead wire 5 is as shown in FIG.
A separate conductive metal fitting 6 is fixed on the side wall 1b of
The lead wires 5 were soldered to each other.

However, in the first conventional structure shown in FIG. 1, a separate metal fitting 6 is provided, which increases the number of parts, increases cost, and reduces productivity. In the second conventional structure shown in FIG. 2, the holding of the lead wire 5 is unstable, and the lead wire 5 may break at the connecting portion due to external vibration or the like. Further, in the third conventional structure shown in FIG. 3, like the first conventional example, only the number of twisted wires 7 increases, which increases cost and reduces productivity.

The present invention was developed in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and it has been developed to reduce the number of component parts, thereby increasing productivity, and to create a diaphragm that is stable against external vibrations. The present invention aims to provide a ribbon-type speaker having a connection structure with lead wires.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, an opening 1a of an electrically insulating resin case 1 housing a magnetic circuit (not shown) has frame packings 2, 3, as in the conventional example. A ribbon diaphragm 4 sandwiched between the
A is curved and hangs down to the side of the resin case 1. Side wall 1b of opening 1a of resin case 1
has a flange portion 1c, and a pair of elastic claws 1d extending further downward are formed on this flange portion 1c. A lead wire 5 connecting a matching transformer (not shown) arranged outside the resin case 1 and the ribbon diaphragm 4 is a round wire with a circular cross section, and is arranged so as to surround the periphery of the resin case 1. The tip is held between the elastic claw 1d and the side wall 1b, and is connected to the power supply part 4a of the ribbon diaphragm 4 by solder between the two elastic claws 1d.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the relationship between the elastic claw 1d, the side wall 1b of the resin case 1, and the lead wire 5.
As is clear from the figure, a recess 1e along the outer diameter of the lead wire 5 is formed inside the elastic claw 1d, and when the lead wire 5 is engaged in the recess 1e, the elastic claw 1d is elastically attached to the side wall 1b of the resin case 1. They are in contact with each other.

The process of connecting the lead wire 5 is as shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b. First, a flat or small recess 1f is formed in the inner wall of the elastic claw 1d. With the lead wire 5 being held between the inner wall (recess 1f) of the elastic claw 1d and the side wall 1b, the lead wire 5 and the power supply portion 4a are soldered. At this time, the soldering heat is transmitted to the elastic claw 1d through the lead wire 5, and the inner wall portion of the elastic claw 1d is melted into a shape that matches the outer diameter of the lead wire 5. Therefore, a recess 1e as shown in FIG. 6b is formed, and the lead wire 5 is locked therein.

In this case, the gap A between the elastic claw 1d and the side wall 1b is A≦D≦, where D is the diameter of the lead wire 5.
Approximately 1.5A is preferable from the viewpoint of holding power and operational problems.

As described above, in this invention, the lead wire is held between the resin case and the resin case by the elastic claws made of hot-melt resin near the solder joint with the lead wire. When the lead wire is soldered to the lead wire, the heat from the soldering roller melts the elastic claw, allowing the lead wire to be engaged and crimped to the resin case. Also, manufacturing costs can be reduced. In addition, since the lead wire is crimped and fixed, it is possible to prevent the inconvenience of the diaphragm power supply section being disconnected due to the sound pressure generated inside the cabinet or the vibration transmitted from the cabinet when the speaker is assembled into the cabinet. Since this connection is stable, handling becomes easy and the failure rate of the speaker can be reduced.
