The detection circuit 5 includes a comparator OP that transmits a detection output to the base of the transistor Tr 3 via a charging path;
The comparator OP is equipped with resistors R 2 , R 3 , R 4 that provide a reference voltage to the input reference terminal, and a resistor R 5 , variable resistor R 6 , and resistor R 7 that provides a comparison voltage to the comparison terminal. The output terminal 9 is connected via the closed contact 13. The variable resistor R 6 adjusts the difference between the reference voltage and the comparison voltage so that this difference can be overcome by a small potential change input from the output terminal 9. The power supply circuit 3 also facilitates this by floating the negative terminal of the comparator OP to -13V. In addition, the neon tube is used as the comparison terminal.
NE 1 and Zener diode ZD are connected as a safety valve. Also, the resistances R 2 and R 5 in the example are 2.2KΩ,
R 4 , R 7 is 30KΩ, R 3 is 10KΩ, R 6 is max. 20KΩ

At this time, since the first and second normally open contacts 8 and 10 are open, the DC-DC converter 6 and the high voltage generation circuit 7 are not operating, and the power consumption of the battery power supply 1 is saved. When an animal or the like comes into contact with the pasture fence 12, the potential change is input to the comparison terminal of the comparator OP, inverting the comparator OP to a high output.
Therefore, the capacitor C 1 is first rapidly charged by this detection output, and then the transistors Tr 3 and Tr 4 are sequentially turned on to drive the drive switch Ry. Therefore, the normally closed contact 13 opens, and the first and second normally open contacts 8,1
0 is closed, operating the DC-DC converter 6 and high voltage generation circuit 7. High voltage is applied to the animals etc. from the pasture fence 12, and this electric shock prevents the animals etc. from escaping or entering. When this operation starts, the normally closed contact 13 is already open, so the comparator OP has returned to low output, but the capacitor C 1 as a timer
The above operation continues for about 10 seconds while transistors Tr 3 and Tr 4 are discharged and turned on. Also, during this operation, the normally closed contact 13 opens, so that high voltage is not applied to the detection circuit 5, thereby protecting it. In this way, according to the device of the present invention, the high voltage generating circuit is activated only when an animal or the like comes into contact with the pasture fence.
You can suppress power consumption, for example, if you use battery power,
It may have a small capacity, and the number of replacements can be reduced. In addition, the output terminal can be used both for detecting contact status and applying high voltage by switching the contact of the drive switch.
Moreover, when high voltage is applied, the high voltage can be cut off to the detection circuit, thereby providing protection. Further, since a timer is provided to keep the drive switch activated for a certain period of time from the start, the high pressure generation operation can be carried out reliably and to the minimum necessary level.
