式倍力装置において、該倍力装置を負圧室と変圧
室に区画するダイアフラムの中央部に連結された
プレートの中央開孔部を、前記ピストンの大径部
にシール材を介して気密状に固定し、かつ該ピス
トンの大径部の外周面に複数の背圧逃し溝を形成
すると共に、前記シール材をカツプシールとなし
、該カツプシールは負圧室の背圧が高くなると撓
んで前記背圧逃し溝を介して該負圧室と変圧室を
連通するようにしたことを特徴とする負圧式倍力
