[Background Art] Conventionally, spot lights using incandescent lamps have been used as lighting equipment for this type of video conference room that illuminates the upper body of a person facing a conference table from diagonally above. In order to obtain the vertical illuminance necessary for photographing with a camera, a lamp with a high wattage must be used, which makes the person being irradiated feel hot, and the bright point light source gives the person a feeling of pressure. There was a problem. On the other hand, when a fluorescent lamp is used as an illumination lamp, there is a problem in that the vertical illuminance necessary for photographing with a television camera is not obtained, resulting in poor images.

[Disclosure of the invention] (Embodiment) Figures 1 to 5 show an embodiment of the invention, and as shown in Figure 1, the video conference room has a conference desk 1 and a A television conference in which the upper body of a person M to be irradiated, who is placed on the ceiling between a television camera 2 and a monitor television 3 installed in front and a conference table 1 and a television camera 2 and faces the conference table, is illuminated diagonally from above. It consists of a room lighting fixture A. Here, lighting fixture A for the video conference room
In this example, a plurality of (four in the embodiment) straight tube fluorescent lamps 4a to 4d are arranged in parallel so that their longitudinal directions are substantially orthogonal to the line connecting the conference table 1 and the television camera 2, and each fluorescent lamp is Parabolic type reflectors 5a to 5d are arranged on the back, and each reflector 5a to 5d
The optical axes Pa to Pd of the reflectors 5a to 5d are set so that the direction of irradiation of the lamp light is directed toward the person M to be irradiated. In the example, the optical axis with respect to the vertical plane
The angles formed by Pa to Pd are set to 40°, 30°, 30° and 20°, respectively, so that the lamp light from each fluorescent lamp 4a to 4d is effectively irradiated onto the upper body of the person M to be irradiated as shown by the arrow. It is designed so that In addition, in the embodiment, the portions of the reflecting plates 5a to 5d that face the irradiated person M and are likely to feel glare are subjected to blank electrolytic polishing or white melamine coating to form a diffuse reflection surface portion 6. Further, a louver 7 made of punched metal with a large number of punch holes 7a and coated with white melamine is attached to the fluorescent lamps 4a to 4.
Optical axes Pa to Pd so as to cover the irradiated person M side of 4d.
The lamps are provided above so that even when the light reflected by the reflectors 5a to 5d and the direct light from the fluorescent lamps 4a to 4d enter the field of view of the person M to be irradiated, glare is not noticeable. It goes without saying that the diffuse reflection surface section 6 may be formed as a separate auxiliary reflection plate. Further, the box-shaped main body case 8 with an open bottom is also painted with white melamine, and a lamp socket 10 is attached to a socket mounting base 9 provided on this main body case 8, and a louver 7 is attached to a side reflector plate 8a. The mounting piece 7b is the fixing screw 7c
A dimming lighting device 11 for dimming and lighting the fluorescent lamps 4a to 4d is attached to the upper bottom surface.

The operation of the embodiment will be explained below. now,
Since the illumination of the irradiated person M who is sitting at the conference desk 1 during the meeting is performed by the fluorescent lamps 4a to 4d, which are planar light emitters with little heat radiation, the irradiated person M feels the heat. Moreover, unlike the conventional example, the user is not strongly conscious of being illuminated, so there is no feeling of pressure. Furthermore, the reflection plates 5a to 5d are arranged so that the direction of irradiation of the lamp light by the parabolic type reflection plates 5a to 5d disposed behind each of the fluorescent lamps 4a to 4d is directed toward the person M to be irradiated.
Since the optical axes Pa to Pd of 5d are set, the lamp light from each fluorescent lamp 4a to 4d is directed toward the irradiated person M.
The vertical illuminance necessary for photographing by the television camera 2 can be obtained.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the reflecting plates 5a to 5d
The part facing the person M to be irradiated that is easily sensitive to glare is made of a diffuse reflection surface part 6 which is polished or coated with white melamine, and louvers 7 made of punched metal are provided on the optical axes Pa to Pd. Even if the illumination light enters the field of view of the irradiated person M, the glare is not bothersome. That is, the lamp light reflected by the diffuse reflection parts 6 of the reflectors 5a to 5d and the lamp light passed through the punched holes 7a of the louver 7 made of punched metal enter the field of view of the person M to be irradiated, so that glare is reduced. It has been significantly reduced. Note that FIG. 3d is a diagram with the louver 7 removed.

[Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, this invention is installed on the ceiling between a conference table and a television camera installed in front of the conference table, and is used to view the upper body of a person to be irradiated facing the conference table from diagonally above. A lighting fixture for a video conference room that provides lighting, in which a plurality of straight tube fluorescent lamps are arranged in parallel so that the longitudinal direction is approximately perpendicular to the line connecting the conference desk and the television camera, and a lamp is placed behind each fluorescent lamp. A parabolic type reflector is installed in the lamp, and the optical axis of the reflector is set so that the direction of lamp light irradiated by each reflector faces the person being irradiated. As an illumination lamp, it emits surface light with less heat rays. Since fluorescent lamps are used on the body, the person being irradiated does not feel heat or feel pressured, and the light from the parabolic reflector placed behind each fluorescent lamp The axes are set so that the direction of the lamp light is directed toward the person being illuminated, so the light from multiple fluorescent lamps can be effectively irradiated onto the person being illuminated, making it possible to use fluorescent lamps with low brightness. This has the effect that the vertical illuminance required for television camera photography can be easily obtained in any case.
