Such a package is formed by bonding both ends of a band-shaped body by thermocompression bonding, and the bonded portion is often located approximately in the center of one side of the flat package. The outlet is made easy to provide on the other side. For this reason, if there is an outlet on one side of the package, it is customary that the other side has protrusions formed at both end portions that are bonded by thermocompression. Therefore, even if printed designs, advertisements, etc. are to be displayed on this type of packaging, there are very few areas where such packaging is suitable. However, most of one side of the package is covered with the film material for the lid, and the other side is thermo-compressed at both ends, so even if printed in advance, there will be no misalignment. This is because it is impossible to apply appropriate characters or designs.

Furthermore, according to Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-117376, a sheet-like lower piece can be peeled off and re-adhered to the lower surface of the upper piece located on the upper surface of the packaged object using an appropriate adhesive. There has been provided a device in which the lower piece is attached with a cutting guide line constituting the outlet and the inner cover, and the upper piece covering the lower piece is attached with a cutting guide line constituting the outer cover. In this case, the different sides of both ends of the sheet-like packaging material are bonded together, i.e., the bottom surface of one end of the sheet-like packaging material and the top surface of the other end are overlapped and bonded to each other at the width of the cylinder, so that they will not peel off when opened and closed. The outer lid is a single piece consisting of only the top piece. As a result, the peeling cannot be stopped at an appropriate point, and moreover, a tearing force is applied in the peeling direction, so that the base of the lid material tends to tear, and it is often impossible to use it after sealing it again.

Effects According to the present invention having the above configuration, the outer lid portion covering the outlet is formed by a bonding portion in which both ends of the same surface of a band-shaped liquid-impermeable membrane material are overlapped widely and bonded by heat. Because of this structure, when the outer cover is repeatedly opened and closed, the force that peels off the outer cover stops at the base of the bonding part, and the part of the cylinder connected to the base is removed from the outer cover. Acts as a force to stop peeling, ensuring that it stops,
Moreover, since the peeling force is applied as a pulling force to the cylindrical body, the base is not damaged. Moreover, the outlet is covered by an inner lid part formed by a broken line notch and an outer lid part made by laminating two liquid-impermeable membrane materials, and is ultimately covered with a triple layer of liquid-impermeable membrane materials. Good liquid-tightness is achieved because the product is adhered with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. In addition, since the entire bonding part including the outer cover is bonded to the outer surface of the cylinder, there is no misalignment when attaching printed markings, and the entire area is effective without any problems on the other surface. Can be used appropriately for printing display.

Next, to explain the manufacturing method of this package 1, as shown in FIG. Form the length of W. On the other hand, the broken line notch 8
is formed inside as a loop that opens toward the side end within the range of one of the notches 6, 6. Then, a predetermined width W at both end portions are overlapped and bonded together by thermocompression bonding, thereby forming a bonding portion 2 made of two liquid-impermeable membrane materials, as shown in FIG. Once the bonding portion 2 is formed, the cylindrical body 3 is formed. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 10 is applied in a band shape with the same width as the predetermined width W on one side of the bonding part 2 or on the side of the broken line cut part 8, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 1
The pasting part 2 is joined to 0. The liquid immersion paper 3 is inserted into the thus formed cylinder 3 and fed out, and the central part between the broken line notches 8 is thermocompressed and cut into individual products. The thus manufactured package consists of the outer lid part 7 and the inner lid part 9, and the surface where the liquid immersion paper outlet is located and the other surfaces are formed flat, and especially the entire surface of the other surface is designed to carry advertisements or design indications. Available. Therefore, at the stage where the bonding part 2 is bonded to the cylinder body 3 using the pressure-sensitive adhesive 10, advertisements or design indications may be placed on both sides. Of course, advertisements or the like may be placed at the stage of forming the liquid-impermeable membrane material of the strip. Note that the front and back sides can be selected as appropriate, but as an advertising medium,
The effect is great if the other side on which the outlet is not formed is used as the front side, and necessary display items such as quality information may be displayed using the side where the outlet is formed as the back side.

Effects of the Device According to the invention described above, a bonded portion made of two wide and liquid-impermeable membrane materials is formed, an outer lid portion is formed on the bonded portion, and an outer lid portion is formed on the bonded portion. Since the package is formed by providing the inner lid part to be covered on the cylinder body and bonding the entire bonded part to the outer circumference of the cylinder body on the inner lid side using a pressure-sensitive adhesive, it is easy to remove. The surface with the outlet and the other surfaces form a flat surface suitable for attaching the printed label, and the outer lid is bonded to the cylinder with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, so there is no misalignment of the printed label. While this does not occur, the entire area of the other surfaces is suitable for printing and display without any problems. In addition, the outer lid part is made of two liquid-impermeable membrane materials bonded together by thermocompression bonding and has high mechanical strength, and is strong enough to withstand repeated opening and closing operations. Moreover, the force applied to the opening/closing base of the outer lid is not applied as a force that tears the liquid-impermeable membrane material as in the conventional case, but as a pulling force using the base as a fulcrum. Therefore, liquid-impermeable membrane materials have stronger strength against tensile force than tearing force.
In this respect as well, it has sufficient strength to withstand continuous use. In addition, since the inner lid is joined to the outer lid to open and close, the outlet is eventually covered with three liquid-impermeable membranes, so the pressure-sensitive adhesive does not come into contact with the immersion paper. This prevents any chemical changes or other problems caused by the product, resulting in unpleasant odors or other inconveniences, and since the inner lid is torn only when the outer lid is opened, it is possible to confirm that the product is unused at the time of first use. The purpose of this product is to provide the user with a sense of security and cleanliness, and the package is sealed using thermocompression bonding and pressure-sensitive adhesive, so it is highly liquid-tight. In addition, since the structure of the lid part does not use one or two pieces of material made of independent parts as in the conventional case, it can be formed entirely from a single sheet of membrane material, making it economical and easy to manufacture. The method is simple and can be manufactured at low cost, which satisfies the various conditions required for this type of packaging and is highly practical.
