〔考案の目的〕

本考案は有機溶剤蒸気精密乾燥装置に関するも

(従来の技術)
従来の此種装置は第2図に示すように、蒸気乾
燥槽1に充填した有機溶剤液2内に加熱コイル3
を挿入し、この加熱コイル3を循環パイプ4に接
続し、循環パイプ4の途中に設置したヒータ5で
熱媒体油を加熱し、ポンプ6で循環させることに
より、加熱コイル3に加熱した熱媒体油を供給し
て有機溶剤2を蒸発せしめる。そして、蒸気乾燥
槽1内の中央部に循環パイプ4に連結した増熱コ
イル7を設けて有機溶剤蒸気を沸点以上の温度上
げるようになつており、その上方には凝縮コイル
8を設けて内部に冷却水を流して有機溶剤蒸気を
冷却して液化させ、受樋9で受け槽内へ戻し、外

ると上部で凝縮した溶剤が乾燥した下側に流れる

側へたれてゆき、上からの汚れを順次下方へ流
