で、基幹部を繊維強化樹脂で少なくともダウンチ
ユーブ取付部に上下方向の壁面を備えて一体成形
された形材で構成するとともに、ダウンチユーブ
を繊維強化樹脂で成形された角断面体からなる角
材で構成し、かつ前記基幹部のダウンチユーブ取
付部壁面内側夫々に一対のダウンチユーブの上部
一側面を固定して該ダウンチユーブを下方に向け
て拡開させてハ字状に配置し、該一対のダウンチ
ユーブ間に補強部材をX字形に架設したことを特
徴とし、その目的とするところは、ダウンチユー
ブの基幹部に対する接合面積を大きくして接合強
度を高くするとともに、ダウンチユーブの支持剛

ーブの上部一側面を固定したから、軽量となると
ともに、角材の一辺の長さと同じ径の丸材に比し
角材の方が周長が長く、その分接合面積が大きく
なり、接合強度が増加するので、接着あるいはビ
ス等でダウンチユーブを基幹部に一体接合するの
に好適であり、突合せ接合したものと比べ接合強
度が高まる。またハ字状に配設した一対のダウン
チユーブ間に補強部材をX字形に架設したので、
ダウンチユーブの肉厚を薄くしても支持剛性およ
び強度が得られ、殊にハ字状のダウンチユーブは
パワーユニツト支持に対し内方へ力が発生する
が、X字形の補強部材により内方への力に対し剛
性の向上を図れる。しかも補強部材はダウンチユ
ーブの支持剛性および強度を要求される部分にの
み作用させればよいから、補強部材を設けてもダ
ウンチユーブの肉厚を厚くするものに比し軽量と

し、かつ前記基幹部のダウンチユーブ取付部壁面
内側夫々に一対のダウンチユーブの上部一側面を
固定して該ダウンチユーブを下方に向けて拡開さ
せてハ字状に配置し、該一対のダウンチユーブ間
に補強部材をX字形に架設したことを特徴とする
