煮汁を切るための小魚自動処理装置に関する。

構成され、煮炊後の小魚を引上げる網製の汁切コ
ンベヤ8には、その網8aの下面側に汁吸引口9
aが配設され、汁切コンベヤ8に続いて配置され
た空冷コンベヤ21には、その下面側から小魚を
少し浮かした状態で冷却する空冷用送風機20を
配設したことを特徴とする小魚自動処理装置に係
わるものである。
