Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a metal strip from falling out from a molding, by a method wherein the metal strip is held strongly by either a movable mold or a stationary mold, and the metal strip is caused to encroach upon a main body of the molding by forming a horizontal projection piece on the metal strip. CONSTITUTION:A groove 11 constituted of a pair of protrusions 10, 10 separated from each other is produced on an inner wall surface of a stationary mold 2, on which cavity 6 is produced. On the one hand, an almost horizontal projection piece 12 is formed in an inward direction from one of a pair of leg pieces facing to each other of a metal strip 8'. A hollow 9' receiving a connecting piece connecting the facing leg pieces of the metal strip 8' is formed on a movable mold 3 further.
