従来、容器に入れて販売するコーヒーとしては、缶入り

飲料を缶に充填したのち加熱殺菌しているが、そのあと
販売過程で缶内に菌が増殖しないように殺菌剤となるシ
ュガーエステルを添加している。また、かような缶内部
で繁殖する耐熱性の菌が砂糖から来る可能性が多いため
、砂糖液を紫外線で殺直し、シュガーエステルと共に耐
熱性菌対策としている。

加しないコーヒー飲料を入れた透明容器入りコーヒーを
それぞれ100本製造し、1週間から1か月間放置した
