A detection means for detecting that the balance has decreased to a predetermined amount, a calculation means that is activated based on the detection output of the detection means and calculates the withdrawal limit from the counted balance, and the calculated withdrawal limit. By providing a setting means for setting a withdrawal limit and conducting a transaction according to the withdrawal limit of the setting means, it is possible to effectively withdraw money to a small amount remaining, thereby improving the service.

When the personal identification number is verified, a guidance prompting the customer to enter the amount to be paid is displayed. The display usually includes a maximum withdrawal amount (for example, 1 million yen). This withdrawal limit amount is initially loaded from the host at the start of operation and set in the withdrawal limit setting section 19a.

The withdrawal limit for each transaction is determined by the mechanical limitations of the device, etc.), for example, it is set to 2 million yen, and 20 1,000 yen notes can be sent in one transaction. Since the amount is less than 50, the secondary predetermined amount is set to about 50 coins, and the secondary predetermined amount is set to about 1 million yen for 10,000 yen notes and 20,000 yen for 1,000 yen notes.
