【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、始動電動機に用いられる6極型直
流電動機の改良に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to an improvement of a six-pole DC motor used as a starter motor.
従来、この種のものの一例として第1図に示す
ものがある。即ち、第1図において、1は6極型
始動電動機を示し、6極型直流電動機2および電
磁スイツチ3を備えて構成されている。4a,4
bは正極側ブラシであり、この正極側ブラシ4
a,4bから各々リ−ド線(ピグテ−ル)5a,
5bが導出され、これらリ−ド線5a,5bの端
部が図示Aの位置で互いに接続され、さらに、こ
の接続点に電源リ−ド線6が接続されている。そ
して、この電源リ−ド線6の他端部に固着された
コネクタ7を介して電磁スイツチ3の端子3aに
接続されている。また、8は負極側ブラシ、9は
正極側ブラシ4a,4b及び負極側ブラシ8を整
流子10に摺接する如く押圧付勢するブラシバネ
である。なお、整流子10に接続される電機子の
巻線は波巻であつて、正極側ブラシ4a,4bと
負極側ブラシ8とは図示の如く左右対称位置に60

に接続され、これらの120度間隔側における中間
部に導出された同一長の一対のリ−ド線で、これ
らの、他端部は電源リ−ド線17とともに一括接
続されている。なお、電磁スイツチ3側の構成は
第1図と同一であり、また、各部の動作も同様で

減、作業効率の向上、リ−ド線16の長さ短縮に
よる装置コストの低減、電動機の回路抵抗の減
少、リ−ド線の耐振性向上およびリ−ド線16の
引き廻しスペ−ス減少による装置全体の小型化を
