Cosmetics with excellent smoothness and cohesiveness on the skin, high water resistance, and long-lasting makeup, especially manufactured by filling a powder base material whose main components are powder and oil into an inner tray. The present invention provides an oil-based cosmetic that has a higher oil content than the above-mentioned powder cosmetics, and is produced by pouring and filling a heated and molten base into an inner dish and cooling the product.

It consists of extender pigments such as talc and mica, coloring pigments such as iron oxide, oil, activators, fragrances, antioxidants, antifungal agents, etc., and various characteristics have been required for its usability. In order to obtain cosmetics with excellent water resistance and long lasting makeup, it was necessary to make the cosmetic base water repellent. However, when a water-impregnated cosmetic tool is used for a water-repellent cosmetic base, it is extremely difficult to obtain a cosmetic that is smooth on the skin and has an excellent cohesive feel. Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-36881 discloses a pressed makeup composition consisting of 60 to 90% by weight of cosmetic powder, 5 to 40% by weight of silicone oil, and 1 to 25% by weight of a binder oil, but this effect is not obtained when water is included. The purpose of the present invention is to use it as a moisturized sponge or the like, and it has been difficult to achieve the purpose of the present invention, which is a feeling of use that is smooth and has an excellent sense of unity on the skin.

890 is a product in which the surface of animal, plant, or mineral powder is coated with a silicone resin coating, and then dried and baked. Special Public Service 1977
In -2915, powder such as talc and silicone having hydrogen directly bonded to silicon in the molecular chain are simply attached by mixing in a blender or the like, and then heated and baked. Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-18999 discloses that dimethylpolysiloxane or methylhydrodienepolysiloxane is dissolved in an organic solvent and then contact-adhered to talc, and then, if necessary, a substance such as zinc octanoate is added as a crosslinking polymerization catalyst for methylhydrodienepolysiloxane. In addition, a technique for burning is disclosed. Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-1769 discloses that titanium dioxide is directly coated, emulsion coated, or solvent solution coated with various alkylpolysiloxanes, and if necessary, an ester compound having a total carbon number of 6 or more is used in combination, and after drying, it is baked. The treatment method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-43234 involves mixing and grinding one or more metal hydroxides on one or more of the powders, uniformly bonding them to the powder surface, and then adding methyl hydroxide to the powder. Hydrogen polysiloxane oil is uniformly crosslinked and polymerized on the powder surface by mechanochemical reaction. The treatment method disclosed in JP-A No. 60-163973 is to mix one or more acidic substances with -M or two or more of the above powders, react with one or more organo-suikoi polysiloxanes on the surface of the powder, and cross-link. Iy3 is polymerized. The treatment method described in JP-A-61-189211 is obtained by mechanochemically treating a powder with a viscosity silicone oil in which R1 and R2 in the formula A are lower alkyl groups or phenyl groups and n is 300 to 2000. It is something. JP-A-61-288763 discloses a technique for polymerizing cyclic organosiloxane on the powder surface at a low temperature of 100 DEG C. or lower by gas phase treatment by utilizing the activity of the powder surface.

After heating and refluxing a mixture of 1 part by weight, 1 part by weight of citric acid, and 200 parts by weight of dichloromethane at 50°C with stirring for 30 minutes,
Silicone-treated titanium oxide was obtained by heating and stirring at 100° C. for 2 hours and distilling off dichloromethane. (Method according to JP-A-60-163973) - Example 4 10 g of yellow iron oxide in a 200 ml beaker in a siliconized iron oxide desiccator and tetramethyltetrahydrodienecyclotetraloxane in a 20 mQ sample tube. Add 5g and leave at 50℃. It was taken out from the miscator for 1 day, and left to stand at 50° C. for 3 hours to volatilize the siloxane particles to obtain 10.185 g of silicone-treated iron oxide.
