Vinylon film is difficult to hot-press, and it is difficult to reproduce fine irregularities.

The number of times of repeated use is an important factor that influences the cost of a shaped film. Furthermore, the suitability of the molded film for frame attachment during the production of polyester decorative boards is also an important factor since it affects workability and the number of times of repeated use.

The film 1 having mold releasability may be any film as long as it has mold releasability against polyester resin, and vinylon film, polyester film, cellophane film, polyfluorinated vinyl film, nylon film, polypropylene film, etc. can be used; however, due to cost, Vinylon film is most suitable from the viewpoint of workability such as suitability for frame pasting, and behavior that is integrated with the shrinkage of the resin as described later. Of course, depending on the degree of unevenness, the above-mentioned films other than vinylon film can also be used.

As curing and shrinking type resins, most resins such as unsaturated polyester resins, acrylic melamines, epoxy polyamides, epoxy melamines, amino alkyds, urethane resins, and photocurable acrylic resins can be used.

使用し易い。 Particularly in relation to vinylon film, high-temperature curing resins cause the vinylon film to become dehydrated during heat treatment, making subsequent polyester processing difficult, so it is desirable to use resins that cure at as low a temperature as possible. For example, moisture-curing urethane resins and two-component urethane resins that harden even at room temperature can shrink without causing deterioration of the vinylon film.
Easy to use.

When a pattern is applied to one side of the film and then the shrinkable resin (2) is contracted by heating or other methods, the part of the film to which the resin is applied also behaves in unison with the contraction of the resin, resulting in shrinkage. The resin 2 is now in a state where the film with releasability has been pushed out to the opposite side, and the second

As shown in FIG. 3, when producing a polyester decorative board, the patterned side is placed on top of the unsaturated polyester resin layer 7, and the surface in contact with the unsaturated polyester resin becomes the surface of the film 1 having mold releasability. After the unsaturated polyester resin is cured, it is peeled off.

A sheet 5 such as thin paper decorative paper, decorative PVC sheet, patterned synthetic paper, etc. is pasted, an unsaturated polyester resin 7 is applied thereon, and the above-mentioned imprinting film 3 is layered on top of the sheet 5, using a normal film method. The polyester resin is thus cured and then released from the mold.

A resin mixed with a portion of PO (manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd.) is applied to a coating amount of 200 g/m 2 , and the above-mentioned molded film is coated with a polyester resin on the matte vinylon film surface. After bringing them into close contact, the polyester resin was cured using a conventional film method.

法。1 A desired pattern is applied to one side of a film that has releasability for transparent or translucent polyester resin using a resin that shrinks when dried or cured, and then the resin is dried or cured to shrink. Therefore, there is provided a material for polyester decorative laminates, which is characterized in that only the resin-applied portion of the film is bulged on the opposite side to the pattern-applied side to form an uneven surface. Method of manufacturing mold film.
