Corrugated metal sheets, such as corrugated iron sheets, are used for roofing and surrounding wall materials, but are mostly used for simple structures such as warehouses and temporary buildings, but not for full-scale houses or They are hardly used in factories, etc., and even though they are made of the same metal plate, tile rods and long bent boards are often used as roofing materials.

Although corrugated metal sheets have excellent advantages as a roofing material, the reason why they are not used on a full-scale basis is that they have drawbacks such as the gaps behind the corrugations becoming a nest for sparrows, but the decisive problem is that condensation forms on the underside. This is because it corrodes metal plates and roof boards, makes the sound of rain loud, and has poor insulation properties.

When manufacturing this corrugated metal plate, it is necessary to ensure that the corrugated tin plate 1 and the aluminum foil 3 are in close contact with each other so that no air bubbles remain. If air bubbles remain, the adhesive may peel off due to thermal expansion and contraction. If there is a crack or a crack occurs, a similar phenomenon will occur and corrosion will begin in that area, so care must be taken.

When a corrugated metal sheet constructed in this way is used as a roofing material, even if the surface is heated by solar heat, the cheesecloth 2, aluminum foil 3, and adhesive 4 exert a heat insulating effect, preventing rapid temperature transfer to the back side. This prevents dew condensation on the back surface and prevents corrosion of metal corrugated sheets and roofing boards caused by dew condensation. This can largely eliminate the defects of the board.

Since this invention is as described above, it is possible to obtain a corrugated metal sheet that can prevent dew condensation on the back surface and at the same time has sound and heat insulation effects and is particularly suitable as a roofing material.
