材押えリング4には環状のマグネツト5が埋設さ
れており、このマグネツト5がケース本体1の開
口部周縁に埋設された磁性片6に吸着されて、該
パツト材押えリング4がケース本体1に嵌着され
るようになつている。またこのパツト材押えリン
グ4の内側には、爪片7が突設されていて、この
爪片7によつて、関電極2上に敷設したイオン化
化粧水を含水したパツト材8がくわえ保持される
