置のパージ特性を示す図である。 図中、１はエンジン、２は吸気通路、３はエア
クリーナ、５はコンプレツサ、６はスロツトル弁
、８は排気通路、９はタービン、１１は燃料タン
ク、１２は導入路、１３はチエツク弁、１４はキ
ヤニスタ、１５は吸着層、１６は新気取入口、１
７は取出口、１８は第１パージ通路、１９は第２
パージ通路、２０は通路、２１はベンチユリ、２
２，２３はチエツク弁である。

Claims (1)
- スロツトル弁近傍の吸気通路とキヤニスタとの
間をチエツク弁を介して連通する第１パージ通路
と、吸気通路のコンプレツサの上流側と下流側と
を連通する通路に設けられたベンチユリとキヤニ
スタとの間をチエツク弁を介して連通する第２パ
ージ通路とを備えた蒸発燃料処理装置。
