Claims (1)
- フレキシブルプリント基板により電気的に接続
されるプリント基板において、上記フレキシブル
プリント基板の内部に高温のプリント基板から低
温のプリント基板に効率よく熱を伝達する金属層
を設けたことを特徴とするプリント基板。
